The Small Screen Series

Approximately 7 or so years ago, Chris Holtorf and Adam Maxwell set out to revive a fictional universe they had created in the early '90s. It was a dark world where the line between the heroes and villians was thin and hazy; a near-future noir setting that blended elements of Cyberpunk directly with the original noir genre that had inspired it in the first place. The result was a 6 episode story about a heist ("The Haystack run") that goes horribly wrong and its aftermath. This book collects all 6 screenplays together for your enjoyment.

Episode 6 - Revelations

With the truth of "the box" now revealed, our heroes find themselves the unlikely allies of Hyroki Technologies in a bid to deal with Coolige and Mother One, once and for all.  Motivated by duty, revenge, or perhaps even compassion the crew marches to the innevitable showdown with Diver as the crime lord's hostage and the crew vastly out numbered...

Episode 5 - Genesis

As Episode 5 opens, our heroes find themselves in the clutches of Coolige, the local crime lord who organized the Haystack heist at the behest of the mysterious Mother One.  His employer wants "the box" bad, and Mother isn't willing to wait...

Episode 4 - Diver (part 3)

Episode 4 picks up right where the last episode left off:  With Needle hovering over Diver, herself in the throws of a potentially lethal withdrawl from the street drug "Munge."  The elusive box remains hidden and the mercenary Hobbes is still relentless pursuing those he's believed betrayed him.

Episode 3 - Diver (part 2)

In Episode 3, the paths of Needle and Diver cross paths for the first time.  Desparate to complete his contract and obtain "the box," Needle captures and interrogates Diver, but original owners of "the box" - Hyroki Technologies - want their property back, and they think Needle has it...

Episode 2 - Diver (part 1)

Episode 2 follows "the box" and introduces us to a new character:  Diver, the teenage runaway and munge addict struggling to eke out a life for herself on the streets of the 'Plex.

Episode 1 - Haystack

Episode 1 of Tomorrow introduces our two main characters:  Needle, the calculating professional mercenary at the top of his game, and Hobbes, the irratic, seat of his pants gunman for hire as they both try to retrieve a high tech prototype for their mysterious employers.  A run that should be a cakewalk quickly goes wrong, exposing a web of lies that threatens not only our heroes, but everyone they know, as well.
